Shaz Bartlett is the heart behind Bartlett and Associates. She has an LLB Qualification and is currently busy with her Masters Degree in Family Law.

She has always wanted to study law. A dream that finaly became a reality when she started practicing law 5 years ago. Since then, she has been involved in 3 cases surrounding the protection of childrens' rights that were published in various newspapers.

Shaz's primary field of practice is divorce, custody and access matters with maintenance and protection orders. She also has experience in a variety of civil litigation matters.

Dee Horsman is the Legal Assistant at Bartlett & Associates and manages the day-to-day matters concerning the practice.

Dee started as a Legal Secretary in 1997 and worked her way up while working for various law firms since then.

She has a vast knowledge of the legal systems and procedures in both Lower and High Courts.

Adela Hill is bookkeeper with over 25 years' worth of experience.

Adela started working as Personal Assistant in 1984, but soon got involved on the Debtors / Credits side of business and have worked herself up from there. She has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the bookkeeping field and vast experience on software programs such as Lotus, IFT, Namos and Pastel, just to name a few.

Adela will be handling the day to day financial side of our business.

Felicia Msiya is currently a Legal Assistant at Bartlett and Associates and is on her way to starting her articles with the firm. She helps manage daily matters of the firm.She graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Majoring in Political Sciences & Legal Studies) and thereafter a Bachelor of Laws.She enjoys Sudoku and hopes to one day become a prominent Family Law attorney as her passion lies with trying to use the Law to help improve the lives of others.

I’m Bongiwe Gabela the Admin Assistant, I grew up at Amanzimtoti currently residing at Inanda.

I studied Safety in Society which is basically criminal justice system and policing. I am ambitious, inquisitive and work towards all my accomplishments. I am confident enough to tackle any situation, if I find myself in an argumentative debate I prefer to send my apologies because somehow that prevent disagreements.

 I am Nonhlanhla Mngcisane, a legal secretary at Bartlett and Associates. I am currently an LLB student at UNISA.

I am raised by a single mother, due to certain life experiences and being exposed to certain injustices in the communities I have resided in, I developed a passion for children and domestic relations. I aspire to provide legal services that transform a distasteful situation into an amicable situation, to ensure that the best interests are prioritized.
